It reliefs stress on yourself. eg you may be really upset from a massive mistake or problem you caused. You can go for a run to clear your head and help think things through

It benefits your heart. It makes the heart stronger and function more efficently and it improves your ventilation rate. your resting heart rate increases as well.
Body image becomes improved. It will control your body weight but making sure you mix this regular physical activity with a healthy diet to be more effective.
It improves your spiritual and mental health as it may cause you to make goals and when you complete them you feel good about yurself so then that improves your mental health.
It makes it easier for you to do daily activities. eg you can easily just walk up the stairs, to the shops, to work etc without hitting fatigue
